a product of the “millennial” generation, cami came of age as a college graduate in the height of the great recession when well-paying, dignified jobs for new grads were few and far between. she was blessed to be hired as an intern during sophomore year of undergrad to fill an audit role for a fortune 500 engineering and construction company. she worked in audit for a few years hoping to get her foot in the door and eventually move into a construction role. little did she know, her experience in audit would provide immense value once she made the jump to operations. as they say, “the best defense is a good offense.”

cami eventually made her way into construction project management and earned her project management professional certification (pmp) to hone her skills in formal project management practices. she believes whole-heartedly in the power of understanding project contracts, implementing effective project controls, earned value management, and transparent reporting. cami is passionate about effecting change and spreading the word about the importance of administrative quality assurance and control.
