“I met Cami 7 years ago during our EMBA program that we took part in.  Cami decided to concentrate on the Accounting/Finance track of the EMBA program to improve her financial acumen which will no doubt help her as she begins her new business venture.   Cami jumped into every project headfirst with a true desire to learn, develop and get better.  Cami wasn’t just going through the motions to get a master’s degree like so many people do.  Instead, she soaked up every bit of knowledge from her professors and classmates to grow as an individual and a professional.  Over the 18 months that we spent together, I was impressed with Cami’s work ethic, passion, commitment to excellence, and competitive spirit. 

Cami’s work ethic was second to none and it showed in her performance in each class and the projects that she completed.  Her passion for her work showed up during her presentations that she completed individually and in group settings.  You can’t fake passion and Cami’s passion was evident in all her work.   Her commitment to excellence and competitive spirit showed up every Saturday and during the week when working on projects, assignments and of course during exams.  I always say you get out what you are willing to put in and Cami is not someone who does anything halfway…………she is all in all of the time which will serve her well in anything that she does in life.

I admire Cami for her willingness to take chances in life and not being afraid of failure.  Putting herself thru an MBA program while working full time, moving across country to Orange County from Baton Rouge for a chance to grow professionally or starting a podcast from scratch show her passion for excellence and willingness to do whatever it takes to grow and get better.
